I'm a strong, proactive & decisive guy, but generally easy-going. I'M ALSO CONSERVATIVE, meaning, an Untouchable Constitution & Bill of Rights, Rule of Law, Term Limits for all Politicians, Cut the Nat'l Debt, Free Markets, Peace through Strength, & Love of God & Country. I also love great art, classic design & architecture. For many years I was a Mortgage Banker in commercial real estate, applying due diligence, negotiating, traveling & closing large loans all over the country for Metropolitan Life. Before MetLife, I worked as a Mgt. Auditor for Walt Disney Productions. I audited the books of Mfrs. & licensees of Disney products & motion picture distributors nationwide, & coordinated inventory control at Disneyland with third-party CPAs.

My avocation, however, was into architectural design & the visual arts. I always look at things from the standpoint of ratio & proportion, light, color, scale & design sensitivity. I love to seek out truth & beauty. I surround myself with beautiful art, architecture, lush gardens, great timeless music including slow jazz, that's for spontaneous kitchen dancing, & a woman who has, as I see her, inner & outer beauty.

I also appreciate & admire people who have extraordinary finesse in everything they touch & do. I feel what they feel. They think things thru & take pride in what they do whatever it may be. You can see it in their exceptional work ethic.

With everything I have noted in this profile, rest assured, money & all the transitory trappings this world has to offer are not my God.

I'm looking for a feminine woman who is genuine, compassionate, PLAYFUL, & understands a good man. Both of us getting up in the morning & thanking God for what we have, not desperately chasing after this hectic world hoping to find happiness. I like to travel & someday I'll return to Europe to buy art with someone special.

One of the highest & most satisfying forms of happiness is true love. It's the very special person you're with, not the place, that excites a couple who are truly in love. Many of life's pressing problems seem to disappear when you have it. True Love takes time & a couple's committed priority to embrace open communication, listening, compassion, cooperation, vulnerability, & lots of affection, touch, & affirmation for it to develop, sustain, & flourish. It goes deep & it's magic. You laugh & play more, have more energy & smile a lot more. It's total & complete trust, respect, sharing, love, & compatibility between 2 happy people, 2 givers, 2 best friends. My dear wife of 60 years died of Alzheimer's in 2020 & I was her caregiver.

The woman I seek should be a Christian & have reasonably high stds, someone I can deeply respect, laugh, tease, & have fun with. I'll be able to open my heart to her once she feels safe & we emotionally connect at a deeper level of intimacy.

I hope to find a woman who is already content, but first & foremost, she should have made it a priority to love herself in a healthy way. Hopefully, she has interests & values similar to mine but as we all know & understand nothing in this life is perfect. We all have to compromise & be patient, caring & kind to each other.

What's very important to me is my Christian Faith, integrity, authenticity, responsibility, family & friends, & my dog Jazzy. I laugh at the antics of all animals, including the two-legged ones. I get great satisfaction from maintaining my home, collecting art, listening to timeless music & trimming my topiaries.

I'm looking forward to having fun with someone special. We'll both know the chemistry between us is there when we meet & talk over dinner or hang out with coffee, but always with good stimulating conversation & laughter. I hope the magic happens.
