A while back I took a course in home made wine making..., (GALLONS) ,,,. of fresh strawberry, peach, blueberry, Japanese Persimmon, dandelion, (yes the weed!). but told it makes a special one of a kind wine. I will know more at bottling time and lots more other flavors to come, The strawberry wine is from this yrs private property spring strawberry crop as well as some really large ripe Fla berries!. Now I need a new friend to help in making more bottles of .750 strawberry wine and then another couple batches of home made PEACH & more from this yrs property peach crop. The Japanese Persimmon trees on the property are loaded this year! Looking for a new friend and beginner helper to make more home made fruit wines and enjoy the bounty together There's MORE, want to help?
