I grew up on a dairy farm in the northern part of Otsego County. Received a BS from Syracuse in 1966. Flew the A6 Intruder aircraft off two different carriers with missions into North Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. I spent 11 years on active duty and 17 years in the Naval Reserve. I retired with the rank of Captain.
